TAX
HNP provides the full tax services including tax compliance and tax advice. Advice on tax implication and tax planning is the normal element of the work that we provide for our clients in the business transactions, either big or small and both domestic and international, as the preventive measure. This will normally include the suggestion on the business model for tax efficiency or preferable tax implication. In certain cases where the issue is grey or requires a clear tax position, we will suggest and assist our clients in seeking for the private tax ruling from the Revenue Department. In certain cases after assessment of the facts and the risk, we may suggest the clients for the negotiation and amicable settlement in stead of challenge or litigation.
