HNP Counsellors Ltd. (formerly named HNP Legal Counsellors Limited) was established in early 2002 by former International Partner, Local Partner, Senior Associates, professional staff and supporting staff of about 15 people from Baker & McKenzie who have the same philosophy.  Despite being struggled at the beginning, we gradually gained recognition from our clients, both existing and new over the years.

While the name HNP LEGAL has been well established as a city law firm, we took a step forward by joining one of the world's leading tax advisory networks, Taxand at the end of 2008 and in early 2009 we started our expansion to the Business & Financial Advisory services. At present, we can provide the one-stop service for Legal, Tax, as well as Business & Financial advisory services.
